Vistillion offers both limited-edition releases and permanent collections.

Some artworks are produced in strictly limited quantities and may sell out quickly during exclusive drops. Other collections may be restocked or produced in continuous series depending on demand and availability.

We reserve the right to:

• limit the quantities of any product,

• mark certain items as limited editions,

• restock or discontinue products at any time,

• refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with our policies.

While we make every effort to display accurate colors and details, variations may occur due to screen differences or production characteristics.

Accessories & optional components

Certain accessories, including wall fixation systems, may be offered as optional components depending on the product configuration selected by the customer.

Included items and optional components are clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase and form part of the order confirmation.

 

4. Pricing & Payments

 

Prices may change without prior notice.

We accept secure payment through:

All payments are processed through verified and encrypted third-party providers.

We are not responsible for errors originating from these payment services.

 

 

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Once an order is placed, it is processed within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping is handled exclusively through Colissimo, with delivery estimates available on our Shipping Policy page.

By placing an order, you agree that:

• You provide accurate and complete shipping details,

• Delivery times may vary depending on external conditions or carrier delays,

• Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may incur additional charges.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy, which includes:

• Full refund for damaged or defective items,

• No required return for damaged items,

• Limited edition products may not be eligible for replacement,

• Return shipping for change-of-mind orders is the customer’s responsibility.

 

Customers located within the European Union benefit from a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are not responsible if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated.
