Premium Materials & Craftsmanship

 

Each VISTILLION artwork is built using a carefully engineered multi-layer construction, selected for long-term durability, optical clarity, and structural stability.

Our standard construction includes:

• 4 mm crystal-clear Plexiglas

  Offering exceptional depth, gloss, and visual clarity, with up to 92% light transmission

• UV-resistant material

  Designed to resist yellowing and color degradation under normal indoor display conditions when used and maintained according to our care recommendations.

• 3 mm aluminum Dibond backing

  Providing rigidity, dimensional stability, and long-term structural support

• Precision-mounted high-definition print

  Ensuring sharp detail, rich contrast, and lasting visual impact

• Reinforced protective packaging

  Engineered to protect the artwork throughout transport and handling

 

Each piece is individually inspected before leaving our studio.

 

 

Our 50-Year Quality Warranty

 

VISTILLION artworks are backed by a 50-year quality warranty, reflecting our confidence in the durability of our materials and construction.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects affecting:

• Structural integrity of the Plexiglas

• Adhesion and stability of the mounting layers

• Abnormal yellowing under standard indoor display conditions

• Manufacturing-related material faults

 

Our goal is simple: your artwork should maintain its presence and quality over time.

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to, and does not replace, the mandatory legal guarantees applicable under consumer protection law.

 

What the Warranty Covers

 

The warranty applies to defects such as:

• Unexpected discoloration or yellowing not related to improper exposure

• Delamination or separation of layers

• Internal material defects

• Structural deformation not caused by external stress or misuse

 

If a covered defect occurs, VISTILLION will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a refund or replacement, depending on availability.

 

 

Warranty Exclusions

To ensure fairness and clarity, the warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or unsuitable conditions, including:

• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or intense UV sources

• Exposure to excessive heat or humidity

• Outdoor installation without appropriate protection

• Installation on unstable, uneven, or unsuitable surfaces

• Accidental drops, impacts, scratches, or pressure marks

• Cleaning with alcohol, solvents, or abrasive products

• Damage caused by improper handling, transport, or relocation after delivery

 

VISTILLION artworks are primarily designed for indoor display.

While the Plexiglas material itself offers UV resistance and weather durability, outdoor installation may accelerate wear depending on environmental exposure.

Permanent outdoor installation is not covered under the 50-year warranty unless explicitly stated on the product page.

 

These exclusions are standard for premium Plexiglas artworks.

 

 

Warranty Claim Procedure

 

To submit a warranty claim, please provide:

• Proof of purchase

• A clear description of the issue

• High-resolution photos of the defect (front, close-up, and angled)

• Photos of the hanging system and installation environment

• A photo showing the artwork within its space (full room view)

This information allows our team to assess whether the issue is related to a manufacturing defect.

All warranty claims are reviewed based on the evidence provided and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

 

 

Care & Maintenance

Proper care is essential to preserve the longevity and appearance of your artwork.

Failure to follow recommended care practices may void warranty coverage.

 

 

Limited Edition Policy

 

Certain VISTILLION artworks are produced in limited quantities.

If a limited edition piece becomes eligible for warranty coverage but is no longer available, a refund will be offered instead of a replacement.

For permanent collections, replacement options may be available depending on stock.
