At VISTILLION, every artwork is carefully prepared, protected, and shipped with the highest level of attention.
All orders are delivered exclusively via Colissimo, ensuring reliable delivery, professional handling, and full tracking throughout France and Europe.
1. Processing Time
Each order is individually prepared and securely packaged by our quality team.

During limited edition drops or peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been handed over to Colissimo.
Delivery times are indicative and may vary depending on carrier conditions. In any case, delivery will occur within a reasonable timeframe in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

VISTILLION currently ships to:

All European countries serviced by Colissimo (excluding territories not covered by Colissimo services)
International shipping outside Europe will be introduced as our logistics expand.
3. Delivery Times with Colissimo
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

France: 48 hours (standard Colissimo delivery)

Europe: generally 3 to 6 business days, depending on destination
These delivery times are estimates provided by Colissimo and may vary due to location, local carrier constraints, or exceptional circumstances.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on:

The selected Colissimo service

The size and weight of the artwork
Free standard shipping is available on orders over €200 (France & Europe).
Additional free shipping promotions may occasionally be offered during special releases or promotional periods.
In case of return under the 14-day right of withdrawal, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
For deliveries outside the European Union (when available), customers may be responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or additional local fees applicable in their country.
5. Tracking Information
All shipments include Colissimo tracking.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link by email allowing you to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
Tracking updates are managed directly by Colissimo.
If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
6. Packaging & Protection
Your Plexiglas artwork is packaged using reinforced, shock-resistant protection, including:

Secure padding and corner protection

Reinforced rigid envelope or protective box

Protective film for the Plexiglas surface

Internal anti-friction stabilizing system
This packaging is specifically designed to protect fragile materials during Colissimo transport and handling.
7. Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact our support team.
We will promptly open an inquiry with Colissimo and keep you informed throughout the process.
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate.
If delivery fails due to incorrect information or repeated missed delivery attempts, additional reshipment fees may apply.
Risk transfers to the customer upon physical receipt of the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
8. Damaged Orders Upon Arrival
If your artwork arrives damaged, you are entitled to a refund or replacement in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
As many VISTILLION releases are limited editions, replacements may not be possible once a drop has sold out.
To submit a claim, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of:

No return of the damaged item is required.
