Once an artwork has entered production or preparation, modifications or cancellations may no longer be possible. We always do our best to accommodate requests when timing allows.

Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Vistillion currently ships across Europe.
All available destinations are displayed at checkout.
We are actively working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
What are the delivery times?
Delivery times vary depending on your location.
- France: orders are typically delivered within 5 to 7 business days
- Other European countries: delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days
These timelines include production, quality control, secure packaging and shipping.

What if my package arrives damaged?

What happens if my package is delayed?
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to external factors.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my artwork?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European consumer law.
Artworks must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not offer exchanges.
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos. A full refund will be issued.
Limited editions are eligible for refund within the 14-day legal period, but replacements may not be available once sold out.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- the damaged area
- the packaging
- the shipping label
Once the issue is confirmed, a full refund will be issued.
You will not be required to return the damaged artwork.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, funds may take 3 to 10 business days to appear on your account.

Is a fixation kit included?
A fixation kit is available free of charge when you select the fixation option on the product page.
Each kit is designed to provide a secure, clean and non-invasive mounting solution for your artwork.
How does the magnetic fixation system work?
The fixation system is based on a magnetic mounting principle.
Neodymium magnets are pre-installed on the artwork, while adhesive metallic pads are placed on the wall.
The artwork is then positioned and held in place magnetically, allowing for precise alignment and easy removal if needed.
No drilling is required.
Is it safe for walls?
Yes.
The system is designed to be wall-friendly.
The adhesive pads are intended for smooth, clean indoor surfaces and do not require drilling or permanent fixtures.

To clean your artwork, use the premium microfiber cloth included with every order.
Gently wipe the surface without applying pressure to remove dust or fingerprints. Avoid using abrasive materials or rough fabrics, as they may damage the Plexiglas surface.
Can the artwork be exposed to sunlight?
Yes, the artwork can be exposed to natural light.
However, for optimal long-term preservation, we recommend avoiding prolonged direct sunlight, especially during peak hours, as intense UV exposure can affect any printed artwork over time.
Is it suitable for humid rooms?
The artwork is designed for indoor environments and performs best in dry, well-ventilated rooms.
Occasional humidity is not an issue, but we do not recommend placing the artwork in consistently humid areas such as bathrooms or spaces with direct steam exposure.
How should I store the artwork if needed?
If you need to store your artwork, keep it:
- in a dry, clean environment
- away from direct sunlight
- ideally in its original protective packaging
Store the artwork flat or upright, ensuring it is not subjected to pressure or bending.
