These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through the VISTILLION website. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms of Sale, please refrain from placing an order.

 

 

1. Orders

When placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information.

VISTILLION reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

• errors in availability or pricing

• suspected fraudulent activity

• incomplete or incorrect information

• non-compliance with our Terms of Service

An order is considered accepted once you receive an official confirmation email.

 

 

2. Product Availability

VISTILLION offers both limited edition releases and ongoing collections.

Limited edition artworks may sell out quickly and may not be restocked.

Permanent or regularly stocked collections may be restocked depending on demand and availability.

If a product becomes unavailable after your purchase, you will be notified and refunded.

 

 

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the VISTILLION website are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.

VISTILLION reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping costs and taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

 

 

4. Payment

VISTILLION accepts secure payment through:

• Visa

• Mastercard

• American Express

• Apple Pay

• PayPal (including installment options)

• Klarna

Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers.

VISTILLION does not store or access your full payment information.

All orders must be paid in full before processing.

 

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are prepared within 1 to 3 business days.

Shipping is handled exclusively by Colissimo, with estimated delivery times available in our Shipping Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Delivery times may vary depending on external conditions or carrier constraints
• Delivery times are indicative. In the event of significant delay beyond a reasonable timeframe, customers may exercise their rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Any customs fees or import taxes (if applicable) are your responsibility

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

 

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of purchase. Beyond this period, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and refunds are governed by the VISTILLION Return & Refund Policy, which includes:

• full refund for items damaged upon arrival (no return required)

• replacements may not be available for limited edition releases

• return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns remain the customer’s responsibility

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with applicable European consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify us in writing before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.

 

 

7. Product Quality & Presentation

VISTILLION artworks are produced using premium materials, including Plexiglas and precision mounting.

Colors, textures and finishes may vary slightly depending on viewing conditions and device screens. These variations do not constitute defects.

Fixation systems, when selected by the customer, are provided as an optional accessory.

The choice to include or exclude a fixation kit is made by the customer at the time of purchase.

The absence of a fixation kit does not affect the quality, warranty or conformity of the artwork itself.

 

8. Warranty

VISTILLION artworks are produced using premium UV-resistant Plexiglas materials designed to preserve visual clarity, color depth, and structural integrity over time.

 

Our artworks are suitable for normal indoor and controlled outdoor environments when installed and maintained according to our care recommendations.

 

VISTILLION provides a 50-year quality warranty that applies exclusively to manufacturing defects, including:

• structural integrity of the Plexiglas

• resistance to yellowing under normal indoor conditions

• long-term adhesion of the print and mounting layers

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, abnormal conditions, or external factors beyond intended use, including but not limited to:

• prolonged exposure to extreme or abnormal UV conditions beyond standard intended use

• exposure to excessive humidity, heat, or temperature variations outside recommended ranges

• improper installation, mounting, or handling

• accidental drops, impacts, scratches, or pressure damage

• cleaning with abrasive, chemical, or unsuitable products

• modifications, alterations, or relocation performed improperly

While VISTILLION artworks are manufactured using UV-resistant materials, the warranty does not apply to damage caused by environmental conditions that exceed normal usage expectations.

Customers are responsible for following the provided Care Instructions to preserve the quality and longevity of their artwork. Failure to do so may void warranty coverage.

 

Warranty Claim Requirements

To request warranty evaluation, customers must provide:

• proof of purchase

• a detailed description of the issue

• high-quality photos of the defect (front, angled and close-up views)

• photos of the installation area and hanging system

• a photo showing the artwork within its environment (full room perspective)

VISTILLION will review the evidence and determine whether the issue qualifies as a manufacturing defect or results from improper use.

VISTILLION reserves the right to approve or deny warranty claims based on the information provided.

This commercial warranty is provided in addition to and does not replace any mandatory legal guarantees applicable under consumer protection law.

 

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

VISTILLION is not liable for:

• delays caused by carriers

• loss or damage occurring after confirmed delivery

• indirect, incidental or consequential damages

• improper installation or handling by the customer

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

 

 

10. Governing Law

 

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of dispute, French courts shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the customer’s country of residence.
